KKBE's Coming Street Cemetery, located at 189 Coming Street, is the oldest surviving Jewish cemetery in the South. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the final resting place of more than 500 KKBE congregants and others, including our congregation's founders, six KKBE rabbis, and veterans of more than four American wars.

Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteer docents lead tours of the historic Coming Street Cemetery and share our unique history. Please allow at least 45 minutes for the tour.

Coming Street Cemetery Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
